Reflexology

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a relaxing and therapeutic treatment where gentle pressure is applied to specific areas of your feet, hands, or face. The idea behind it is that these areas are connected to different organs and systems in your body. Think of it like your feet being a little map of your whole self!

The body is divided into five zones, which run from your head to your toes. Each zone corresponds to specific areas and functions within the body. By working these zones and their corresponding points, reflexology helps promote relaxation and supports your body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance.

Reflexology can reduce stress, improve your overall sense of wellbeing, and help you feel more resilient.

Is Reflexology for me?

Yes! Reflexology is suitable for pretty much everyone, no matter your age or stage of life. Whether it’s a newborn baby, someone navigating stressful workdays, or even those in end-of-life care, this therapy is all about meeting you where you are. It’s such a calming, beautiful experience.

Quick note: Reflexology isn’t a substitute for medical care. It works with your health journey, not in place of medical advice.

Can Reflexology help me?

While I can’t claim to diagnose, cure, or prescribe anything, reflexology is a deeply personal experience tailored just for you. Many people notice a big difference after a session—less tension, better sleep, a boost in mood, and just feeling more balanced overall. It’s all about supporting your body’s natural rhythm and balance, so results can vary from person to person.

In today’s busy world, stress can build up so quickly. Taking even a little time for self-care, like reflexology, can make a huge difference.

What happens during a session?

A session with me lasts about an hour—50 minutes for your treatment and 10 minutes for consultation and feedback. For the first session, I’ll take a full medical history so I can really understand your needs and how I can support you best.

From there, I’ll use my hands to apply pressure to specific points on your feet and lower legs, working with the five zones of your body. Many people find reflexology works best as a series of treatments over several weeks, I usually recommend a series of 6 sessions.
