What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often known as “tapping,” is a gentle, evidence-informed therapy that helps you process and release emotional stress. It combines elements of psychological therapy with light tapping on specific acupressure points on the body.
While you focus on a thought, feeling, or experience, the tapping helps to calm the nervous system and reduce the body’s stress response. This can make it easier to work through difficult emotions without feeling overwhelmed.
