Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all 1:1 therapy sessions, events, group bookings, and any other services provided by Tynton Farm Therapies. By booking an appointment or event, you are agreeing to the following terms.

1. Booking and Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made via the contact form on this website or by messaging me directly. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received or an agreement has been made.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at my discretion. In the event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I put care and preparation into every session before you arrive. To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee. Payment of the full session fee will be expected before your next appointment can be booked.

In the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged and must be paid in full before any future appointments are made.

Please contact me as early as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment. I will always do my best to find an alternative time that works for you.

3. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of your session, as agreed at the time of booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

For events and group bookings, full payment is required in advance to secure your place.

4. Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, please be aware that your session may need to be shortened out of respect for other clients. The full session fee will still apply regardless of the time remaining.

5. Health and Safety

Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before your session. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions, and it is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health information prior to treatment.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Please do not attend your appointment if you have any contagious illness.

Tynton Farm Therapies is set on a working farm. Please be aware that the environment includes uneven ground, animals, and outdoor terrain. Suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are advised for all outdoor sessions and events.

6. Confidentiality

Everything discussed during your session is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

Client records are stored securely and in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation. For full details, please refer to my Privacy Policy.

7. Events and Group Bookings

Full payment is required in advance to secure your place at any event or group session.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless your place can be filled by another participant.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

All outdoor events take place in a natural environment. Participants are advised to wear suitable footwear and dress appropriately for the weather. Participation is at your own risk and I ask that all guests follow any safety guidance given on the day.

The event is covered by public liability insurance and a risk assessment is carried out to ensure everything is run safely.

No plants or herbal preparations should be consumed unless instructed by the host. Herbal teas and preparations at events are prepared by the host only.

8. Liability

Complementary therapies are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. I always recommend that you continue to seek guidance from your GP or relevant healthcare professional alongside any complementary therapy.

Tynton Farm Therapies accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during or as a result of a session or event, except where this is caused by proven negligence on my part.

9. Contact Information

If you have any questions about these terms or any aspect of your booking, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
